You exemplify the result of the process so many people go through with BASSA. I too was willing to listen, in an attempt to understand their perceived plight and to gain a broader picture of the whole sorry IR mess. But, and is ever their way, the wounded animal lashes out at anyone who refuses to see it their way, be it colleague or customer. So we end up where we are now, with an increasingly enraged (and enraging) series of communications and a hardcore group of individuals who cling on to any form of positive encouragement (and just look at who in politics and the media they are holding high as their champions).
Needless, sorry and just so bloody avoidable.
