Looks like a planned move to me - especially if you compare it to how the company reacts when I lose as much as a tie - and don't read anything into the 'refusals'. Given the vitriol they can expect, I'd keep quiet too....

It would seem they are using the same calculator they used for the 'cost savings' figures to calculate the number of volunteers.
