SF LGW, born out of what was once EOG, was integrated into mainline some time after the dissolution of WW LGW. I'm of the understanding that this was part of the agreement that allowed SF to be created in the first place. I seem to recall a two year wait after the fleet was created before a transfer list could be opened. That was before the New Fleet concept was tabled.
