I am wondering what a company, which is a "real-estate development company" (as per their website), would want to try and develop Coventry Airport. It looks like it just isn't possible to develop it. TUI and later Howard Holdings are reported to have lost an average of £5m in each of the years they ran the airport. How does ADP think it can do something different and make money out of developing CVT?

They might have some lateral ideas, but it doesn't look like they have. No one has reported any.

CVT can survive as a low-cost GA aerodrome, and that's about it as far as I can see. It can't "make money" doing this, but it can break-even (perhaps). So why would an American-Swiss real-estate development company want to take over CVT???

I don't know who ADP are - they are probably a good company, but it is the "development" aspect of their business that concerns me. If I was operating from CVT, I'd be worried. Development companies + airports = financial stress for the operators.
