Where have you seen that Coventry is leaving the West Midlands group of councils? I know that the councils have agreed to concentrate new housing around the urban core of Coventry.
This looks like good news for Coventry Airport at last.
Doesn't the airport have some sort of permitted development rights regarding facilities for cargo?
