It would be sensible for Palmair to operate some scheduled services from BOH.
No it wouldn't. Why on earth would Palmair want to get into scheduled services in the middle of a massive industry recession?
Also I believe the contract with Astraeus means that Palmair mostly pay for the 737 when it is actually flying - so it costs Palmair very little to leave it sitting on the ground.
