As of last week, Avient were desperately trying to find an experienced MD11 loadmaster Instructor to train their existing loadmasters and had been looking and asking around the States. Does this mean they have no one on board that has any experience on type, if so, what happened on the first aircraft? All sounds a bit late to me! Second airframe about to arrive and still no experience within the organisation
