I was at Britflight in Jan 2000, I don't know if much has changed since then, but when I was there, the standard of instruction was high (flight instruction anyway, ground school was not so good). One complaint I did have about the place was the condition of some of the aircraft. A lot of them looked like they were being held together by super-glue. One aircraft had a LHS door that you actually physically had to ram with your elbow a few times to get it open, imagine when doing your emergency checklist "unlatch doors", ha!! I don't think so
