The online tests before stage 1 are mostly just for data collection- so don't worry too much about them. My computer crashed as i was half way through the maths one, so i didn't even get to finish it- but i still passed stage 1 and got invited to stage 2. Just make sure you read the NATS information provided and really take it in before sitting your stage 1.
