I also believe that this will come to a positive outcome.
As for the ATC's, they didn't work for WMIAL towards the end hence they wouldn't have lost their jobs based on WMIAL going bust. However im sure that even Marshalls don't have enough jobs for them elsewhere within the group but neither would they want to lose all their staff with the possibility of a contract being re negotiated with new buyers. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.
