True. But for that to happen, there is law to overcome. You are talking about de-recognition of Unite. That is roughly 6501 employees willing to join your cause. How many members did CC89 have pre the Amicus T&G merger?
Would it not be easier to do exactly what you are doing, from within Unite? You elect your representatives. The mechanism is already there for your voice, if you do not trust your reps, unless you put the complete blame for where you are at the feet of Unite.
