I actually agree with HK Cabin Crew case, but why is it a shame on BA? and what does it have to do with BASSA wanting to bring the company down?
The crew concerned signed a contract like you, BA tried to uphold their side and make them retire at 45 (I disagree with this as it seems you do) sensibly the crew member put it to a court and won, well done.
If BASSA lose in court in February will you respect the courts decision? Or will you try and character assassinate the Judge like has happened in the past, then go on strike?
