Actually, I believe those are still shots from the big battle scene in the Russian version of Transformers (
"Transformery!"), when the brave Hind pilot goes up against the evil Decepticon, 'Cherry Picker.'
It's a riveting movie. Check the bargain bin at your local movie store.
