Correct in what you further divulge...and just so that everyone else IS aware of the fact on WHO they are, I do hope people don't think 'houses' when they read property development.
Here is another little snippet....Property development around the periphery of the airfield with a view to larger maintenance organisations and AVIATION related activities etc .......just like Southend is.
