LGW crew and pilots have the same pay structure in principle, but our hourly rate stays the same, whereas the pilots get a different "actually flying" hourly pay, if that makes sense. The breakfast was included into your basic salary a few years back. We don't get breakfast in the States or Sharm, and had to fight tooth and nail for the rest, as you may well know. We get half a score in ONA.
