...and Yes I am ATCing there (my last as CC)...and Yes, yet again we have "pilots" surprised to be confronted with a (temporary) CTR, control tower, and circuit chocka block full of ab initio students despite the NOTAM, AIP Sup, and the fact that the Walsh has been at Matamata for the bulk of the last 40+ years in the first couple of weeks of January
