If your in Essex take a look at London Guildhall University. I have just started distance learning with them, cost a smidge under 2K. Seems to have a good reputation - it was recommended to me by a French instructor working in Los Angeles when I was there earlier this year. The University is located next to Tower Hill station, so nice and easy to get to if travelling is an issue you wish to consider. The University also offers MCC course for when you get a bit further down the line. The internet address is
