Seems nothing can be done without the sayso of Brussels these days. I´m convinced, though, that just about everyone working in airport security already is doing some mental profiling inside their own heads, if they have half a brain - so who needs permission to do so anyway?
As far as "threat level" in Finland at the moment, nothing out of the ordinary, no heightened police presence or anything of the sort, just business as usual.
