Ok gentleman, I was reading all your posts and I have aknowledge all your complains. I see that the morale is low, and that nobody believes in management anymore. I have something to ask you, and I would like to ask you to give some honest answers. I am an A330 Captain that might join you in the next couple of months, if, and only if, what your management said to me is true. Any chance for you to answer me what is your true average monthly salary? How much you pay for your house? What is the immediate action that the company could do to keep you from leaving? Thanks, and please no B.S.
