Andrew did a commendable job during his Navy days and his brave contribution in the Falklands is well recognised and applauded; he was quite rightly awarded the South Atlantic medal, along with hundreds of his deserving colleagues.
I was referring to his unnecessary use of helicopters at the taxpayers' expense, equally well recognised, but not quite so well admired. "Air milles Andy" has been widely criticised for abusing his priveleged position,
