From my friends in easyJet, there does seem to be immense goodwill still being displayed by a number of crew towards the company. Skippers refusing to exercise discretion could have added significant disruption during the recent spell of bad weather. Sounds like you Orange drivers are being far too kind!
The other way of looking at it is that if we hadn't exercised discretion a lot of our customers would have been stuck over the festive period. The very people who pay our salaries.....
