Module 04 and 05 you may refer same books which you studied for your B1 Licence but B2 will cover syllabus in little more depth. Refer your syllabus also. For Module-13 you must have all books which dono mentioned above.
I passed Module 05 and 13 in two attempts, 2nd time I used Question and Answers database from
EASA PART 66 ( JAR 66 ) Licence Guide - PART-66 Home. It was little shortcut. which I am considering again for my two last modules.
