Good morning all, I wonder if anyone can help. Looking into a flight into BLA and noticed an oddity on the runway plates. For runway 15/33 there is a weight restriction on runway 33 but not on 15? Is this because of some repair that has occured on one end of the runway or something to do with its foundations at one end? If anyone can help out please let me know thanks. I can't seem to find the information anywhere
