VIP = HEAD OF STATE, so PM of UK does not make the grade, in Africa though every; Mayor, Chief, Minister considers themselves a VVVVVIP... In my a/c only one VIP = ME...LOL I get there so do they.. Stay away from African VIP stuff - not worth the b/sht.
