I do believe it is Igo Etrich's "Taube" Light Plane of 1930 with a Salmson 40hp radial engine, although the photos on Flight Archives show a different shape tailplane, can't find any drawings yet.

I'm going to abandon the search for LM's drawings as it's time I went home! I too was put off the scent by that "fantail" when I was searching for Taube derived designs during a work break earier this evening, I figured that wing shape just had to be related, but the text in that article gives me hope that there were possible variations on the tailplane design. Keep looking for the drawings or more info
