Looks like everyone that has looked at the books and talked to the Council has walked away.
You can't blame the business's that are there wanting to keep it running. They will need to do it at very little cost, so the Council needs to accept that they are not going to make any money out of it for a while yet.
Aviation is going to be in the dumps for at least the next two years before any major recovery, Until that happens then little can be expected in the short term from CVT. Hard pill for the Council to swallow...
