I like the enthusiasm of Glock320,we need it
.I am very positive too but 350 and EU sound not realistic.How can we go there if we don't have enough crew for the actual fleet and the one in the close future?I am here to stay that's for sure but we really need to improve our scheduling,our annual leave system Many people seems to be too much interested in getting something personal (i am not one of those guys that's for sure
)and gossiping .There are too much spies who can't wait to know latest news to be spread for getting their own achievements....
We definitely need persons here ready to bring and share their human and professional experience to make the company improving instead of thinking to get a position as a chance to show their muscles(or power)
