Folks I know this portable GPS is really new to the market but does anyone have experience of it yet? specifically are the main aviation features (moving map etc) just a 296/ 496 repackaged?
For helicopter pilot is Area WORSE, than previous 496. The 496 enabled to search and navigate for any small city or village, and swith to road map during the flight. This is required feature, when flying aerial work.
But Aera must be REBOOTED in order to switch. And forgot to search and navigate for villages in flight mode.
