This all depends on who you get for the interview and sim.
On my interview day we were all selected but the group the previous month only one came through out of 8.
The sim is conducted at a fast pace and so dont let them rush you.Cutting corners may be what sunk those guys as they try to pile on the instructions and failures things can get messy.
Interview more relaxed nothing too technical.
Medical very thorough.
