Is that the same rule book that caps ATM's at 48,000. 2009 was (I believe about) 39,000.
Or the rule book that says that seats for sale should be less than 2M from the airport. Total pax in 2009 approx 2.5M therefore 1.25M from the airport - av load factor about 62%. Hmmm
Or is the rule book that says that late ATM's are allowed in exceptional circumstances - if the weather during the last 3 weeks hasnt been exception then why has every airport in GB (including BFS) been in such dire straits.
Have you ever even read the rule book? Come on - at least try to be objective
