So let's get this straight then........CCC have a potential buyer then another company comes in and when CCC sniff a few more shekels may be on the cards, they blow the first bidder out. Then the new bidder pulls out and CCC are left looking like a bunch of greedy a***holes and have to go back to the first bidder.
If that's a fair approximation of what has happened in the last 4 weeks then it's eerily reminiscent of the takeover saga 12/13 years ago.
