Seem Aviance have FCUKed bmi up again at LHR! Scores of baggage left behind again all week even on day when LHR was operating fine!
I used to love BD and still do but this seemingly constant crap with Aviance is crazy!
Some years ago when BMI sold off its handling operation they clearly went for the biggest number (££) instead of 'QUALITY OF SERVICE' which to my mind has the biggest impact on customer satisfaction. If only they listened at the time....
