Due to the utterly crap service I have endured since their inception I now refer to them as 'Medieval Housing Solutions' ('Wattle & Daub, it's the way forward'). The contractors that evenually turn up are amused anyway......
Had a plumber sent to fix a leak in the roofing flashing.....doh!
Had a roofer sent with no ladder.....doh!
Had a roofer arrive with ladder that he couldn't use (no one 'qualified' to hold the bottom.........doh!
Had the scaffold put on the wrong house (right numbers, wrong order!)...doh!
Builder with 30+ years experience not allowed in the roof to view problem (hadn't done MHS course).....doh!
You couldn't make it up......
