I've found on the EASA website their rulemaking calendar.
http://www.easa.europa.eu/ws_prod/g/...0Programme.pdf
And it says:
FCL.001 (a) Implementing rules for pilot
licensing
The objective of this task is to
produce, based on JAR-FCL 1, 2
and 3, JAR-STD and the input
from the group MDM.032, the
rules that are necessary for the
implementation of the extended
Basic Regulation. Envisaged
deliverable: An opinion
proposing a set of rules
covering all pilot licenses.

Delivery: 2011,01
So, i'm afraid you'll still have to deal with JARs and CAA rules for a bunch of years.

Enzo, my best advice: Contact the CAA, there the only one able to help you and give you the most direct answers.
(et accessoirement, ils sont un peu plus efficaces que leurs collegues de la DGAC...)
