Well, I'm with Quality Time on this one!
It's absolutely pathetic to see mature, rational people (with presumably a reasonable IQ) crying/hoping/praying for someone to rescue them, whether it was for Andy or now for Barbara.
There is
no management (not in aviation, or in any other industry) that will automatically give you respect: you have to earn it!
You want respect? You want a fair treatment? Look in the mirror! There's the answer!
