Even Bassa/Unite have now re-valued their proposal.
Initialing claiming it was worth £174M, then with less fanfare during a Unite presentation to the city they had reduced this to £100M and most recently in one of the numerous ramblings from Lalalady over Christmas it had reduced again to almost the same as PWC value.
You also have to remember this was only offered as a loan, fully repayable after two years. (and only two thirds of IFCE's target!)
