Oh, and the CH that was broken is now being replaced during one of the coldest weeks of the winter. We have no heating and the bloke won't attend in case he gets stuck in snow. I wonder if MHS are going to pay my massive elec bill........ At least my patches of mold are getting bigger in the cold and damp!
