I wouldn't say MHS have learnt. 3 houses on our patch have had burst pipes in the last few days. One is occupied - no lagging on the pipes in the roof, one has only just been redecorated ready for the next occupant - no heating left on, and one unoccupied same deal. Family of occupied MQ is in a hotel while MHS sort it all out. They are utter buffoons (MHS not the family!) and have no understanding of looking after property. They are wasting valuable money and properties by a lack of care.
