About 6 months ago, we came home to a flooded downstairs, ankle deep in water from a burst pipe, still spurting water. Stopcock jammed open, eventually gave with a bit of WD40.
First call to MHS promised to get us a plumber within 6 hours (water still gushing out of the wall). I put my mobile next to the landline and took a few pics, resulting in click after click. When asked by MHS what the clicking was, I informed them they were photos, and they would be emailed to the Sun in one hour if a plumber hadnt arrived.
Plumber pulled up outside in 10 mins, and sorted the problem completely. Have had no problems with MHS since. Learning has taken place!
