I put in for a job over a year ago, someone came and looked at it and said they'd send us the cost (it was our fault) before work started.
Never heard anything from them, so are we able to get a lump-sum to make up for it?
Phoned them yesterday due to something else failing and reminded them, but heard nothing yet.
