Did I miss the "immunity" of self reporting into this system, much like the NASA system in the US? So how will the GCAA deal with, e.g., an unstable approach? What if you report fatigue? Should you have not flown?

Good idea, but give us some incentive to self-report for the sake of safety. Or did I just miss the immunity clasue?
