At the risk of sounding overly cynical, I am so disenchanted with this place and its "rules" that I did find it quite amusing that they should call the new reporting system "ROSI".
It made me think of a longtime friend, ROSI PALMER, my what pleasurable times we had...
I do, however, sincerely hope that ROSI won't be giving us the kind of "hand service" that has been given to all EK pilots recently. Should this be the case, however, we will all go home with a smile on our faces !!!!
