Just had a look in Companies House Direct:-
On 19th June 2002 (but filed 25/06/02) both of the nominee Directors & the nominee Company Secretary, resigned.
No appointments of any other Directors or Secretary, have been filed yet.
To be legal, a company must have at least one Director, plus a Company Secretary, & a sole Director cannot be the Company Secretary.
On 25th June 2002, the company's Registered Office was changed, from the formation agents' office to :-
