We flew Finnair for the first time last october Manchester-Osaka-Tokyo in Economy.
Have to say if we had read some of the reviews on the net before booking we would have looked at other options.
Glad we didn't. One of our best flights, cabin crew where fantastic, always had a smile and they are rare things these days.

Aircraft A330 only a few months old. On the return whilst waiting for our flight in Osaka, we where called to the gate and given passes to fastrack security in Helsinki as our transfer time was a little tight
All in all would use them again given the choice
