Most ANSP's need new kit to move into CPDLC, Australia, Maastrict also Shanwick (Eastern Atlantic); I'm sure there are others out there too.
There is a possibility of COOPANS (nations) using CPDLC in late 2010 (if it remains on time); although with projects of this nature late is always a sure bet....
