Yes you can. Just go to the UK Caa homepage, look under publifications + forms and download a document called: Type/Instrument/Class Ratings (Aeroplane), Licensing/ATPL Skill Test and Proficiency Check - Application
Book your prof. check with the Swedish FTO, pass it, and have the examiner fill out the form along with the normal prof. check form. You then send the whole thing to UK Caa and things should work. Make sure you do a follow up to ensure they have gotten and processed your paperwork.
