wasinc is very helpful and will tell you what you want to get you to the door. s. turner "fat cat" doesn't really like to deal with pilots he mainly tries to get new contracts and refers all problems to d.ross who sits at home in america and replies to emails every few weeks once the recruitment phase is over. d.ward is flying the line and will try to encourage you and make everything sound great telling you to hang in there and how they are trying to do this and that and bla bla bla... sound all interested and helpful but none of them really do anything other than get you in the door. Then they collect $750 a month from the airline for the 38 pilots they currently have placed there to do nothing but tell you to hang in there and how they are working so hard to make things better. There are other recruitment agencies out there, come to Shenzhen and hang out long enough to talk to the pilots and hear the horror stories about wasinc.
