SilverBird Charterflug

Just heard that SilverBird Charterflug would have ceased operations 30DEC09 !
Does anybody can confirm ?

Fleet would consist of:
> GLF4 D-AGVS
> E135 D-ARIF
> CL30 D-BAVB
> LJ60 D-CGEO
> LJ45 D-CNMB
> LJ40 D-CPDR
