FD sounded interesting, but hearing mixed reports..

Heard yesterday that rostering dept have stated that:

Pilots must remain contactable on days off.
Min days off (ie 7 per month)
Request days off not permitted.

Many reserve and standby duties. Pilots have leave canx in Dec.
Rosters published on 25th month !

can this be correct?
