MissM:

A certain package will only exist until they have moved every single trip from EF and WW. What do you think they will do after that? Keep paying us and keep us on months of standby? As I pointed out earlier they will give you an ultimatum to either resign OR sign a new contract which would mean a huge pay cut and move over to New Fleet.
Careful what you are posting here. Even the great and the good at Unite shied away from calling for IA on the premise of future employment changes. Tony Woodley stated both on TV and in a press release that this was not about 'New Fleet'.

BASSA have stated, in court, that the current dispute is purely about imposition. Not 'New Fleet' not pay cuts (as there weren't any) just that BA, as the employer who tried for months to get BASSA to wake up and smell the coffee, had the audacity to impose working changes after BASSA refused to believe there was a recession in the world!

BA have agreed to talk about New Fleet if BASSA come to the negotiating table with an open mind. But as BASSA is about as open as Robert Maxwells pension fund cheque book I feel BA will be waiting a long time.

Use your customer killing, company destroying ballot vote wisely as it seems you haven't a clue what you were actually voting for.
